Our Approach

Once engagement letter is signed, we will start the process:
Position specification: Based on the information gathered from the initial brief, we will develop a detailed position specification outlining the role's responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and desired attributes for you to approve.
Market research and candidate sourcing: Since it usually is a confidential placement, we will begin extensive market research to identify potential candidates, both actively and passively. This may involve leveraging our existing network, conducting targeted outreach and headhunting, and using advanced sourcing techniques. No public advertising is planned at this stage.
Candidate screening and evaluation: Potential candidates are screened and evaluated against the position specification and your criteria. This may include initial interviews, skills assessments, personality tests and reference checks.
Presentation of shortlist: We will presents a shortlist of qualified candidates to you, along with detailed profiles highlighting their experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
Client interviews: You and your team conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates to assess their fit for the role and organisation. These interviews may involve multiple rounds and various stakeholders, including members of the C-suite and board of directors.
Feedback: the initial round of interviews is to understand what the differences in candidate’s, presents an opportunity to tweak the position description as well as refine the requirements.
Negotiation and offer stage: Once a preferred candidate is identified, we assist with negotiations regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. We can also provide guidance on crafting a compelling offer to secure the candidate's acceptance.
Reference checks: Once a letter of offer is issued, we will conduct two (2) final reference checks. These checks will involve tailored questions approved by you.
Onboarding support: After an offer is accepted, we provide additional support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hire into their role.
Follow-up and feedback: We maintain communication with both, you and the candidate to gather feedback and address any issues that may arise during the transition period to ensure a successful placement and long-term retention.

Our streamlined process, coupled with our extensive network and proactive approach, allows us to expedite the executive search process without compromising on quality.
Typically, our executive search process spans approximately 4-10 weeks, with the first round of shortlisted candidates guaranteed within the first week after the initial briefing.

For a one-off Executive Search Engagement, the placement fee is 15% of the salary package (base + super), excluding bonuses and other incentives.
For engagements involving 3 or more roles, the individual placement fee is reduced to 13% of the package per candidate.
