Cultural Assessment

Culture is the lifeline of a business, and people are the driving force behind its success.

The brief identified the need to uncover blind spots and explore growth opportunities for both staff and leadership, particularly as the company grows and diversifies.

To address this, the focus will be on:

The ultimate goal is to strengthen operations, develop leadership, and build a talent pipeline for sustained success.

The Approach

During the first phase of an engagement, we meet with the TLS key staff and relevant stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the requirements of the audit andassociated findings. We will then finalise the methodology, approach and questionnaire for a final sign up before commencing the audit and qualitative research.

Step I Output:

► Clear deliverables and required insights of capability and gaps audit

► Finalised approach (methodology, questionnaire, delivery based on available resources)

The next phase after approval of strategy regarding methodology and approach is research and insights gathering.In this phase, we meet on a one-on-one base with identified stakeholders to find out the current status in terms of capabilities and gaps. The insights will be collated and presented (anonymously) to the executive team.

Step II Output:

► Confidential One-on-One interviews for insights gathering

► Collating of insights

► Preparation of report with findings and relevant recommendations for next steps

The third and final phase involves presenting the findings to the executive team with relevant and tactical recommendations how to address gaps, enhance current capabilities and strengths as well as future opportunities to further build on the business' competitive advantage.

Step III Output:

► Personalised summary report

► Data-driven roadmap where to focus resources over the next 30, 90 and 120 days
